CHAKRA HEALING AROMATHERAPY BRACELET
This beautiful bracelet serves to balance the chakras in addition to holding your favourite essential oils in the amazing lava rock stones.
Lava Rock Stone
The elemental powers of fire and earth, lava rocks are rich in minerals from deep in the earth's core. Born of fire, these molten creations raise to the surface and become porous creations of earth. Fire is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science. It was commonly associated with the qualities of energy, assertiveness, and passion, while earth was commonly associated with qualities of practicality, restraint and materialism.
Lava Rock stone can also be used in aromatherapy and absorbs essential oils, allowing this bracelet to be your own personal essential oil diffuser.
Add a drop or two of essential oil to the porous beads to use the piece as a long-lasting personal aromatherapy diffuser.

The seven chakras are connected to different glands and organs in the body and are responsible for uniform distribution of “Chi” (also called “Qi” or Praana or life energy) through them. When there is a disruption in this life energy or a blockage in any one or more Chakras, the individual may suffer from health or mental issues. Thus, the Chakras form the energy ecosystem of every individual.
Once you are aware of the 7 Chakras and their chakra Colours, you can consider the methods of awakening and strengthening them in order to balance all areas of life. Doing so can help you stay mentally and physically fit, and also improve your financial/professional lives.

HOW CAN LAVA STONE BE USED WITH AROMATHERAPY?
Lava stones are crafted from naturally-formed cooled volcanic magma - the slow cooling creates air pockets which result in small porous holes and voids throughout the rock, and this is what makes it perfect for aromatherapy. It is this porous nature that allows your oils to soak into the rock, and allows the scent to last while diffusing the scent using the warmth of your skin. Lava Stone is a very study rock, and should last for many years of Aromatherapy use without corroding or dissolving.
Being from deep within the Earth's core, Lava Stone is said to be used for grounding protection, allowing us to make a 'root' connection with the Earth to find focus as well as to stabilise, balance and calm emotion.
HOW DO I USE MY LAVA STONE?
The best approach is to add just a drop or two of essential oil directly to a Lava Stone beads, and allow it to soak in for a little while before using. If it's a particularly strong or sensitising oil make sure you wipe the surface dry to help avoid it coming into contact with your skin as some oils can cause sensitivities when directly applied. Using Lava Stones to diffuse your oils can dramatically extend the scent life of your oils as the stones can hold the scent for an extended period - up to several days with some oils, before the scent naturally dissipates. Top up with additional oils as needed.
DISCLAIMER: Please remember to check for skin sensitivities before using essential oils against your skin - some oils are more sensitising than others. It is up to you how much oil you add to your Lava Stone beads, however if you experience sensitivity from any oil, it is recomended you discontinue use or try using less oil on the Lava Stone. NEVER allow children or pets to chew or suck on the beads as most essential oils are toxic when ingested.
HINTS & TIPS
* Avoid dripping oils directly onto metal/alloy parts of the bracelet, as this may eventually corrode the metal.
* Do not allow oils to come into direct contact with the skin or clothes as they may cause skin sensitivity, or stain fabrics.
* You don't need to put too much oil onto your Lava Stone beads - essential oils are very strong so you don't need to use too much oil.
* Keep out of reach of children and NEVER allow children or pets to chew or suck on the beads as most essential oils are toxic when ingested.
Natural essential oils do dissipate reasonably quickly - this is one of the great things about them, that they don't hang around and leave a 'stale' aroma as synthetic fragrances often do. While the scent of essential oils do tend to last for quite a while using Lava Stone beads, to help your oils last even longer try using a blend containing base note oils (eg vetiver, patchouli, frankincense, jasmine etc), which tend to give longevity to all of the oils in the blend - this will make the top and middle note oils last longer as well. Most simple aromatherapy books will list the 'note' categories that common oils fall into.
You can use these for your favourite scented oil as a perfume, or you can use your imagination and use therapeutic oil/s to cover anything from concentration at work or uni, to calming oils or even oils with anti-viral or anti-nausea benefits, making this your own personal portable oil diffuser.
